With four senior consultants, four consultants/surveyors, a bespoke Graphics Department and six administration staff, CBATrees is considered to be the foremost Professional Arboricultural Practice in the UK.
  Expertise
 
Colin Bashford, the founder, has over 35 years experience in the profession and is considered to be one of the most eminent professionals in the country.

Bernie Harverson, fellow Director and Senior Consultant, has been in private practice for 10 years having previously worked for both private and local authority bodies in the UK. Bernie has worked in association with Colin, on and off over a period of 40 years and now with his own extensive client base regularly appears at Hearings, Public Local Inquiries and Court as an expert witness.

Julian Forbes-Laird, Senior Consultant who practices from our North Thames Office in
Bedfordshire, has had a wide range of experience in the private sector and is considered
by many in the industry to be an essential part of the future of the profession; he is currently a leading force in the British Standards review committees for BS5837 -Trees in relation to Construction and BS3998 – Tree Work.
